I think clearer communication regarding restaurant hours would prevent inconvenience!!! The late-night path back to the room could become a safety issue for older guests!!! Maybe consider updating the access instructions for first-time visitors!!!

the staff are really helpful and exceptionally helpful, overall. the building is unique and the rooms are well-equipped and themed with lovely touches to amp up the charm, showers, kitchenette. overall great food, plus there is commercial hotel close by. thank you for a pleasant overnight stay.

Beds were a bit hard.

How can i possibly understand why the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine? My absolute favorite was finding a mouldy blind in my room. And not to mention the sheep transporter that stunk up my departure, the staff clearly forgot i deserved special treatment and just treated me like everyone else. So disappointing, i almost gave a good review!

Check in was easy, hotel was little, locations was marvellous right in the centre. Appreciated well-appointed room with all the modern comforts, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The central location made it easy for our group to explore local attractions and enjoy nearby restaurants. The spacious kitchenette was a bonus for group meals, great to enjoy home-cooked meals together. The inviting atmosphere added to our experience.

I enjoyed the large layout of the Beautiful Triple Room with a bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchen area. The bed felt super comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep after long days of exploring. The supermarket right across the road made grabbing snacks easy, and the room cleanliness stood out. I had trouble with the heating at night. It left me feeling cold and uncomfortable at times. I wasn't sure if I was operating the system incorrectly or if it was faulty. It would be nice to have clear instructions in the room. I appreciated the historic charm of the hotel. The staff were quite helpful , reflecting a joyful atmosphere.

The staff here was super helpful, and they took care of our requests really quickly. Our room was brand new and nicely furnished, plus it had a kitchenette! 😊.

Located centrally, it's easy to explore nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed the River Cruise.

The stairs were quite high. Improving the comfort of the mattresses would also enhance the stay.

Absolutely loved the unique feel of the place! The rooms were clean and comfy, and having laundry facilities was a real bonus. Perfectly located for exploring all the local sights and attractions on foot.

Felt so welcome, no complaints at all!

Great free Wi-Fi and tv, but off-site parking was a hassle.
